i’ve always loved veggies and i think it’s mainly bc my family always involved me in the cooking process. maybe if he helps with preparing food he’s going to grow to like it more. also veggie plates with every meal with some hummus/other dip on the side to snack on might be good, maybe he just doesn’t like cooked veggies? i’d just let him help cut up some carrot sticks, cucumbers or whatevs and have that along with some pita bread and hummus for a snack and then if you eat it he’ll probably eat it too. I feel like not explicitly telling him he has to eat them and instead just making it a normal routine might make him do it. reverse psychology😅

Try cape coral or fort Myers honestly, there's lot of good housing options there!! We looked at cape when we in Lehigh and a great realtor showed us lots of good spots in our price range!! Like some were communities, some neighborhood. That's another thing Florida is hot with HOAs and community fees so that's why we gave up tryna live in Florida. They make it impossible!!! I wish you and Mateo and your partner luck girl!!! It'll happen and come to you when it's meant to, for now just take it easy and don't stress!! Y'all got this. I guess if I had one advice it's to enjoy rn and your journey. Time goes fast and honestly once you get to where you want to be like in your house with your shop, you'll be low-key missing these days when you were just going through it, figuring it out ✨

My hair is super curly like yours and I did some research on how to get it healthy cause it was dead, dry, and frizzy. I bought this brand called Carols Daughter and it’s super affordable. My hair is getting softer and my curls are starting to look really defined and have a healthy shine to them. I also stopped using a brush. I use a wide tooth comb to comb it in the shower (I use cold to like luke warm water to rinse my hair because hot water really drys It out) and then I throw my hair in a microfiber towel and comb it through with a a wide tooth comb again (brushing curls especially when dry, can really rip those ends apart). I then put in a leave in conditioner and that’s it. My hair hasn’t been this healthy in a long time

Diet WILL help. Probably more than a topical ointment or pill. You have to get to the root of the problem. A nutritionist or holistic doc could help I believe. Or look it up online lol. Go organic.
