Shaggy's pants did start in jail.. it became a style starting in New York.. when you went to jail your belt was taken your shoe strings were taken of course your wallet any other items... Shoelaces and beltd in particular.. because someone could get choked out to death or commit suicide.. so everybody was walking around with no shoelaces and sagging pants... So for some reason when dudes got out of jail.. maybe they didn't get their belts and shoelaces back.. but they start walking around with saggy pants and no shoelaces.. and it became like a style in the hood and s***.. that spread around through the entire country eventually..😊 and that's how it got started 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
