I think Brooke was right about one thing Lanai has become the grumpy old man 13:06 it's ok if you don't like social media or comedy anymore. Regarding Brook interrupting, the common thing among podcasters are that there are usually alpha people and out of their element so they ask questions and then instead of letting their guest answer, which is what the listeners want to hear, they interrupt and start making it about them. The good ones asks questions where the quest will say something interesting and then just listen. We tune in because we want to hear the featured quest, not because we want to hear Lanai and Brook interupting the whole time. Let them talk, don’t finish their sentences. But hard to ask questions and shut up.

It seems like non politicians turned politician make the best people to represent their constituents. Augie, Green, and Blangiardi are good examples. I’m sure there are more that I don’t know about. The old timers get comfortable with the power and start thinking of themselves and not the people.
