Campbell is a good coach and master motivator. All the players love him and play extremely hard for him. Sirianni is a dipshit that fights with fans and can’t manage in game situations. And half the players, including his QB, don’t like him.

The players LOVE Sirianni, and they're the only reason he wasn't fired after last season's collapse. All the leaders went to Lurie, telling him it was not on Sirianni. When he asked Saquon if he wants that single game rushing record, Saquon never got tired pointing out most coaches wouldn't ask their players and how good of a leader that makes Sirianni.
