Thank you for posting. I’m a founding faculty member of NYU Shanghai. Your observations are all spot on. The issues you identify have plagued NYU Shanghai for more than 11 years now. There’s no reason for leadership to be this ineffective at solving these issues. Good luck at BU! I loved undergrad in Boston. I didn’t go to BU, but attended a smaller school in BU’s backyard.
