There’s two American photographers I don’t remember when this was but they won the best photography of the world in National Geographic , they cosplayed as astronauts and took pictures in the Algerian Sahara 🇩🇿 it looked like planet mars and there’s scientists that said this place on earth has the same kind of environment as mars , it’s a part of our desert that’s completely red it’s incredible

Gorgeous. Is there any sort of wildlife out there? I assume lizards etc? 🦎 Also, when you got stuck in the sand, you were able to only let out some of the air in the tires. Do you bring an air compressor with you?

Very little wildlife, besides lizards we haven't seen much. Some said there might be scorpions but luckily we haven't encountered any. Yeah the guys had everything. We had 4 cars, prepared for almost anything 😅

Hi there Gino, you Sir are selling this hell hole to world and doing it justice. I myself spend 18 months in the similar place called Tindouf , I don't think you would be allowed to go there even if you were native. I was doing my dues to Algeria as service militaire. Very much the same as where you are now but no dunes, just flat moon surface with deep dry rivers including a big fish fossilised in the face of rocks amazing this was an Ocean once. Anyway please do keep hydrated with the right staff I mean dihydrogen Oxide not the water of life leave that once your tour is done. keep safe and watch that hot G star. thanks for sharing , que Dieu vous benisse.
