STERLING please CHECK Doug heavily for his unprofessionalism and lack of care for guests on the show. On numerous occasions he has come onto the pod and done ZERO research on the guest, hasn't listened to their latest albums, watched the films or other projects. It seriously detracts from the pod and is disrespectful to the guests. How is he going to add to the conversation about Supacell if he hasn't watched it?? This podcasts is a good podcast, it is nice to hear how entrepreneurs get to where they are today. My only constructive critism is that when one person is talking allow them to talk opposed to just speaking over each other because as a viewer it just sounds like noise and can be very disengaging which results in me turning of the podcast earlier than anticipated.
