Is there anyone like you anywhere? I havent seen anyone even close from pics of Rakhine state or anywhere in Myanmar, Thailand, or India. That buys and wears the clothes in the way you do? Including the classic or older ones from earlier? Or that looks like you? In Arakan state? I have seen some similarities with your more personal or private events and life, that remind me of Belgium or others in Myanmar, but only a few come close occasionally. And yet you still do it, and get better as you go along. You didnt seem to give that much of a darn about 3 years ago (from upload date), but about 1 1/2 yrs ago, maybe. Stuff like 'red' on your diary page, I wouldnt never have thought I would see that. You must have a manager...or pure inspired genius.

Hold on, you are not a new person, july 20. staying low for some reason? Anyway, I never found out if she ever lived in Rakhine state, although her parents were from there. Just a few pics from something similar, but not those towns. I think things had actually been on there way to settling down since the start of civil war starting in 1964 or so. Until the recent uprising and government collapse about during covid lockdown, or 2019.

No, I didnt see it with Phoo. I thought she was back there sobbing once, but it could be anything (19). Depends on when. Aoi, and also Phoo were super spunky in the beginning (and also later). I think Phoo was from Bago? This is way in the north, but: Kachin insurgents have been fighting against the Tatmadaw (Myanmar Armed Forces) since 1961, with only one major ceasefire being brokered between them, which lasted from 1994 to 2011. So good years there. Since the resumption of hostilities in 2011, thousands of civilians have been killed, whilst over 100,000 more have been displaced. Widespread use of landmines, child soldiers, systematic rape and torture have been alleged by both sides. I doubt most people in Myanmar would be up there, but Myitkyina, Chinese border are there.

The clashes resulted in the displacement of hundreds of thousands of civilians in Kayin State. According to one estimate, approximately half a million people were displaced due to fighting between government forces and the KNU, and the forcible relocation of villages by the government. I must have travelled up to Payathonzu border thru Kanchanaburi from Bangkok about that time or 2005.

Would be so interesting to see an Aoi San super specials episode. Where she selects her perfect day. Starting with her favourite breakfast spot (or maybe a drink she makes whem she wakes up) then takes us to lunch and her favourite street to show off. Then her favourite hotel for a swimming pool episode. Or soa treatment like facial or massage. Then perhaps a nice dinner at nice restaurant but still strictly Myanmar style. Then show us the swanky hotel room to rest for the night. Perhaps ot can be title Aoi San, the movie 😂😂😂😂😂 or perhaps the Ao San special episode

I could think of a few spots, I would guess. I think, though, it would have to include a day trip to a place only she can find with mountains and forest, or sea and temples, well I could find that. It may take over a day, considering water routes, traffic congestion, and how big the Yangon and surrounding area is. Whatever happened to the river cruise/floating bar? Maybe her's includes totally rustic rural, though? But after demonstrating Pattaya and 80 mini-restarants, french, venician boats, elephant museums, rooftop night bars, and english breakfast in Bangkok, it needs that episode also. And of course tuk tuk races with black cats and...uh..old guns and lizards?
