Downtown is dying all over. I live in St. Paul, MN and one developer sold his entire portfolio in downtown St. Paul which included ten office buildings. Most people are working from home and companies are down sizing their space and moving to the burbs. Same with apartments. Everyone moving from downtown to the burbs and now commercial and residential rents are crazy.
