Switch Alex and Jones and you got a solid list. Pereira should be behind Leon Leon is on 11 fight unbeaten streak while Alex Got KOd brutally by Izzy 1year ago. Leon has more title defenses and 2 wins over Kamaru Usman one of the best fighters in UFC.

Honestly Pereira should be number 1, he beat Strickland, Adesanya, Blachovic, Prochazka & Hill.... who did Islam beat Volkanovski (who arguably won the first fight and took the second fight on very short notice) and Oliveira... That's all plus Volkanovski is a weight class below him so it shouldn't count much... Pereira went up a weight class and beat 3 former Champions

personally I think the first fight with volk was a clear as day win for Islam, also I think beating the current pfp #1 in volk and #3 olives (or was he 4? i forgot) is worth a lot, tbh I think a win over the arguable FW goat is more impressive than like 3 of Pereiras title wins combined also i dont count volk as a weight class down below, Volk had around 7 months I wanna say to adjust to lightweight (he was the backup for ufc 280), rematch is fair but hey not Islams fault i also consider Islams large win streak, which is like 12 fights think whereas Pereira is only on a 3 fight winning streak

No one's resume comes close to jones that are still active. 15 title wins. The next closest on this is izzy. And in current active champs no one else more than 2 defenses. Jones is still #1 by a mile
