I just bought this TS80P from a third party seller on Amazon (SainSmart). This pen is on version 1.27 out of the box, and it doesn't heat up because low voltage error. I tried different chargers and cables. How do I fix this?

I love what you did with this product. I personally own one but unfortunately the nice flexible cable that came with it got destroyed by my dog. I tried to find a replacement, but none of the ones i tried came near to the level of the original. So i would like to know if the cable on it's own is for sale somewhere. Thank you in advance.
