I can relate to this song. I have had a traumatic brain injury for the past 27 years. I was stuck in depression self hurting and binge drinking. I always chose to do things the hard way of learning. Because I had to stop my medication as they were worried about me getting blood clots(my legs were getting random bruises like I’d been kicked/beaten), I’d been in a dark place where I stopped listening to music, decided not to drink coffee/have sugar etc(only was having 1 meal a day)so I missed this drop, I started a new medication that was very similar to the old one but WITHOUT the random bruising, so I’m in a happier place now and I’ve had this on repeat ever since, it honestly felt like a message the first time I heard it
