They say experience is the best teacher. but as you know being a boat owner of a used sailboat and doing upgrades with engine rebuilds. One needs to take the time to check out who and what and their back rounds on engine repairs/rebuilds with all the items listed and quoted before you start with a run test after rebuild before the engine goes back in the boat. I hope you now learned trust is earned and should have a reference you can call before you take them at their word. Being a sailboat with a dingy to aid if totally failed
