Depression is from a situation which you cannot accept . Its too much of a burden to you. But you need to accept the situation cos it was allahs will to put you in that situation . You need to live on with that problem in patience if you cant get rid of it . If you moan and winge cos of the bad situation you will be sinning instead of gaining reward for patience. Its also a form of self oppression where you do alot of damage to your health as stress is a killer to health in many ways. Its hard to overcome for the ones who where enjoying worldy life at its peak and lose evrythink then end up in the biggest low time in their life.
