I think that involvement of some experts from Ladakh is necessary in development of the Vision Document 2050 because just merely doing a field research and compiling data for a span of time won't be sufficient to understand the area. A local will know the need of the area more better then any expert from outside. Looking forward for joint involvement of experts from outside and Ladakh in framing this crucial document.

Why he is not talking about 6th schedule, that's a failure of him he should tell/commit to BJP President that if they will not give six schedule he will resign, but we know he is not listening to us, he only listen to BJP head from Delhi, but he is selected/appointed by us & he also thinks like we got UT after 70years & again for 6th schedule will wait 70years. Whether 6th schedule is harmful or not but he should listen to public of Ladakh & their vital/principal demand. He is giving his own views, points & opposing the public by thinking public is wrong.I guess he has only political knowledge not the the deep knowledge of 6th schedule.He learn politics & speech in pure ladakh, then bit in hindhi but english is less than Kapil Sharma. I m blaming him it doesn't mean i m good but the thing is he is not listening to Public that's chief reason.
