I will try to say this in the politest way possible - not taking sides is taking sides. By not condeming an illegal invasion of a peaceful country and speaking about how great everything is in occupied territory is disgusting, to be frank. By trying to not be political, you are being political. Just in a way that you did not intend. You come off as a sympathiser of Russia, even if you aren't. Centralisation of power. That's the thing. That's how rich autocratic countries in the Mideast are able to build beautiful cities and amazing infra faster than any Western democracy. Now Russia isn't an autocracy, but the President has much centralized power than that of Western democracies. It would've been a bureaucratic nightmare to do what they did if they didn't have that.

Every now and then you mention with proud the construction work going on in Mariupol. Yes, I noticed. And it's better than leaving it in ruins. If one doesn't know the cities history it would probably be a great success. However rebuilding an occupied city in a war that has such a high death toll among civilian inhabitants and left so many dispersed and displaced people - sorry I can't cheer about. There is nothing to celebrate. And what you've showed us is just a tiny bit of reality. It will take decades to fully rebuild and still it won't be the same. And nothing can give back the beloved people killed in this useless crime. Believe me, I'm from Dresden, just one symbol of useless destruction and killing of civilians in WWII.

Just kind of an odd contrast with your commentary. I wouldn't go to Auschwitz and talk about how beautiful the wildflowers are. Nice trip. Some suggestions: thru the whole video you are complaining how GPS is not working. I was in Russia this year and I asked the first guy "why GPS is not working???" Because of the ongoing war, because the bombs use gps signal. If you don't know the answer - ask the people, and instead of complaining in the video, use paper maps (like in the old times) and tell some interesting story. Good luck!

I know that and I never complained. I use maps on my trips.

Hi Pavlin, how did you cross into Ukraine? I saw through Crimea. But how did you get into Crimea? Boat or through Krasnodar/Crimean bridge (google says it's closed) or some other way? Sorry I don't follow every video so I'm not even sure if this is from the start or end of your Magadan journey as to know the general direction you traveled. I know bank cards don't work, but I heard you can normally go into bank and there use your card to withdraw rubles, correct? I will be going from Georgia to Czechia this summer and I always wanted to try this Crimean route instead of Turkey. Is it possible to easily cross the fighting line? Where did you cross it if you even had to cross it? I know the situation changes, it's 1 year later and most likely the situation will change again but at least I get a rough idea and not get stuck in Ukraine with no way out lol. Was anyone trying to delete your footage on the border, checkpoint etc.? Maksimov border crossing was possible to Rostov?

@@motorcycleadventureslive Well thank you guys for your insightful answers! Superbly "helpful"! None of that I have found in your videos (bank cards, Maksimov or figting line crossing). Google map of this episode ends in Crimea. Only thing I learned from previous 2 episodes is that you need some blue card to cross (no explanation btw) the bridge and that gps doesn't work. This area is full of mystery and danger and you are playing hard to get like a little spoiled girls? Really? I guess admiki9808 is just a keyboard warrior playing wiseguy, never left his house. Zero added value to the conversation. But I expected more of you Pavlin. In every one of your videos you say how you are here to help? I have watched at least hundred of your videos. Was that just empty phrase? It certainly seems so now..

In every episode, I showed all of my steps, how I made my Russian bank card, how I crossed the borders, and many more. I don't think that you can find a better source of information for traveling by motorcycle in Russia. It is not my fault that Google does not allow me to make a route. It is their policy, but the road is there and it is open to everyone. The blue card was given at the checkpoint once you are ready, and you have to give it to the last guard at the door. I went to Crimea through the bridge and went back through the new territories, around Azov sea. If you want me to tell you everything, here in the comments it will not happen. Watch this video it might help you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rny3aHeqmKepe6c

@@motorcycleadventureslive thank you! watched the video you linked but no bank card info. any idea in which episode (roughly) it is explained? I was thinking how you crossed the fighting line and then realized it's probably stupid, it's unofficial border so can't be crossed. So you went like Crimea-Mariopol-Rostov loop right? Then back to Europe through Finland. Sadly that's too many kms for me and I don't have that much vacation. You are one lucky guy, so much time, money and no wife issues :D Maybe the war will stop soon and we can visit normally..I wish

And yet, our roads are falling apart and it only gets worse every year. I also have a car with low profile tires. Needles to say I swear a lot when I drive.
