Hear me out, I'm 16 who loves Cybersecurity and tech but I'm not interested in coding/programming or software engineering. Is Being a Cybersecurity expert by learning the basics and progressively getting better and better also good?

Love the adviceyou gave him!! But I kinda feel like it's a numbers game. 1000 applications in 2 years is so little, i read about an Indian student who was about to get his US visa revoked unless he found a tech job,he applied for 10000 jobs in 1 mont and got a job offer. And also the fact that your applying to machine Learning learning jobs is hard in itself, it seems like only very talented people break in that space through applications alone!!!
Just start from lower jobs if you can't get an internship. (it is not you, internships are going extinct nowadays). There is still a demand for support and network technicians, helpdesk and internet provideder workers. IT jobs sucked for about 5 years now and it doesn't look promising at all anymore.

Time box 10min/day to post about either: - things you are learning - things you are building Make the posts short and concise. This will make people notice you over time.
