I'm not a govt employee but I want to say that, Govt takes competitive exams to check an ability of a person to tolerate burdens, problems, and determination to serve the nation. Because everyone couldn't manage an office, staff, public problems only the best psycho person could do this.

I left BPS 18 lectureship because it failed to check my job satisfaction triangle: environment, learning and salary. I felt I could do much better somewhere else and the only motivation to stay was pension after retirement, which wasn't enough.

Main bhi government job krti hoon. But main to apnay hr student ko as case study leti hoon. I know most of the teachers sara din easy guzar kr mujh se ziada pay leti hain. But I never think about pay and others. I am still passionate to increase level of studies of a government school student as they have very less motivation and support from there families.

All of these words have lots of worth and it shows the true picture of government jobs, I was personal a part a government department from 2020 till mid 2021 and all those days were not less then a night mare for me it was turing into adversity for me and one day I decided not to go on job I dnt all of my family and friends were just saying Yr tu na Government job chor dea but I stayed with my degsion and joined a private company in which I'm currently working and I'm growing towards a much batter thing by every passing day as I can see lots of opportunity beyond the horizon.
