The Really Good Podcast | Mark Cuban: “And for that reason I’m out”

On the floor of a warehouse, Bobbi talks to her birthday twin and billionaire Mark Cuban. Although Mark politely declines to invest in her podcast or career, the two of them find common ground over their shared inability to digest lactose and love for Target.

Saying that people hate on others just because they’re successful is lazy and just silly. Doctors and lawyers are very successful and I don’t have a problem with them. She probably got the deal after she filmed the podcast. Mark probably showed her how to get sponsors. If you realized, she told him no one came up to me, and he told her, that's not the way it works, you need to approach people. So I'm guessing, after the podcast, je showed her how to approach companies or may even introduced her to companies.
@ismailthepilot9638
@ismailthepilot9638 10 ай бұрын
I posted the previous comment before I finished watching. But now I am 100% sure that he taught her how to approach companies. Right now, I'm on the part where he tells her that he will teach her how to get sales, and that if one good company comes through, that should be enough. So now, I'm 100% confident that he was the one that taught her how to get sales after they filmed. She probably approached different companies holding an hour of podcast with Mark Cuban, showing them over 600k subs and millions of views. She probably also showed them Drake's video and how many views she can get, impressed the shit out of them, and got herself a deal.
@scooby503
@scooby503 10 ай бұрын
@@ismailthepilot9638 yeah I’m aware that she most likely got the deal after, but you did not need to write paragraphs on something u could have stated in a sentence. It’s not that hard to understand, and the only thing I was talking about was the good comedic timing. Also, he most likely did not teach her how to get sponsors. She plays a character in these videos. These go viral everywhere, lots of companies probably reach out to her

Oh you can believe he's making money off of it. 15% margin is healthy for most businesses. Their competitor has recently been valued at a billion dollars off a $300 million funding round. Just because he hasn't taken investment money, doesn't mean he won't ever sell it. What's amazing is that he can make a buttload of money and still help people get affordable medication. Which just shows how scummy and profiteering the rest of the drug manufacturers are.
