Have you ever had a deja vu during the day, where you suddenly see something and remember the dream? On Joe Rogans Podcast, a Neuroscientist explains the reason behind this. Dreaming can be a weird Experience, but the at least the Deja-Vue can be explained.

I can’t count how many times I’ve had this happen n I’m 20 and my friends think I’m crazy, In my dream I was with my friends n I was standing there in front of a tree on a lil mound of dirt with small paper bag infront of it with a long narrow white box leaned up against the tree not knowing what was in it at the time n as I walked up to the tree the bag fell spilling to my feet with three books laid out nicely like a fan of playing cards then I woke up. Months later I go out with my friends n we visit a knife/sword shop that has FINALLY restocked the sword from a show I wanted, so we go throughout our day walkin around n chill at a park n we decide to put our things next to a tree 😂 see I didn’t catch it yet but when I walked back to the tree the 2nd time it hit me when the fuckin books fell out, I knew exactly what was in that box! N told everyone there that it was exactly like my dream💀. Us humans are capable of more than what we are told I’m really tryin harness that fr.

Something similar has happened to me recently. Quite a few times and well, it's not the best feeling. I usually remember my dreams if I wake up during them happening. Of course not in much detail. If I try to recall that dream, I feel ok and sometimes can remember even more. But what started happening to me is very similar to what he explained. I don't remember all of my dreams but sometimes something triggers „the dream” exactly like I dreamt it. As if I'm living the dream. It happens for few seconds but the more I focus on recalling the dream the worse I feel. It's painful, nauseous, passing out feeling even triggers anxiety and fear. Firstly I thought it was because I was overworked, but I guess it happens also when I feel too many things? Or is it just the aura some may say. Basically the feeling that it'll come. I don't know anymore and I'm trying to find out what's wrong. It's like a deja vu but from a dream and it's very, very uncomfortable and painful.

Just know you’re not alone, best way to deal with this is to try and not change anything the way you react after and just assure yourself it means your life is going and panning out the way it’s supposed to be. Nobody will have the answers to this stuff but only slight explanations and honestly, this is the closest explanation so far. However, like I say, take it in stride and don’t think too deeply about it as your memory only just unlocked it at that exact moment it happened. You’d rather have a vision of the present than the future and remember it cuz then you’ll just anticipate the future; you’re living in the present and your brain is helping you do that (and hopefully realising that too)💜
