As Craig is still making his way to Morocco via a 48 hour ferry, I am now stuck at the airport having missed my flight, pondering what to do with myself as there are no more flights going.
The travel mission continues and FINALLY we are reunited after what seems to be the longest two days of our lives 😂 As a solo female traveller - I think the world would swallow me up haha!
Group travel is the only way for me 😂😂 Get me back to van life - it's safer 😆

I just read tonight that morocco is stopping all international flights and ferries because of covid developments, so guys please check out how it unfolds because i remember a campervan guy - something surfing van travel ? - who got stranded there last time they closed down. Now all over europe there are starting severe restrictions because of the new omnicron covid version, but we are still hoping to travel down to spain in jan next year and hop over to morocco, so any updates would be good for us and maybe some of your other followers.

You're a star Aimee. I felt so anxious watching you. I normally travel solo and the feeling when you miss flights/trains is beyond frightening on your own. Solo travel definitely helped me with my anxiety but I haven't done any form of travelling since before Covid and now I feel like I've taken 10 steps back and the thought of doing it again on my own fills me with dread. I am like you with missing my husband. It’s so nice to see two people who are truly caring for each other and helping each other get through this world. I suffer from anxiety as well and it is so nice to have a good partner who understands and is sympathetic and not upset. We have been lucky but the best part of this video is that you found out that even through anxiety and panic you managed. Even through the knot in your throat where you’re afraid and sad and nervous all at the same time, you rose to the challenge snd used humor as a coping mechanism. Thank you for sharing. 🥰❤️🙏

Aimee, My God! how can you doubt yourself? you were bloody amazing! You missed a flight in a foreign country and organised a decent hotel a safe passage to that hotel and then organised a train in said foreign country AND had to change to get a second train!!! I dare anyone to say that would have been easy, you bloomin pat yourself on the back babe. You deserve to feel pride in that mammoth accomplishment, anxiety is soul destroying (my middle son has fought most of his life with it) and I've no doubt you were kacking it, but you did it, you didn't fall apart and you deserve kudos for that. Craig, my heart goes out to you too, not knowing how she was or even where she was must have put your anxiety through the roof too. I suffer with panic attacks and last time I had to travel from my hometown to the city in U.K. (approx 45 mins) including one change which I missed, how I don’t know. Anxiety off scale. I am so impressed with you Aimee, I have traveled alone and am okay, but I don't sleep. I agree with Craig. You are an inspiration to so many. I know it may not feel like much, and you sound like you have confirmed it is something you don't want to do again, but as Craig has said, you have done it. Remember, I know you have a bunch of other van lifers to support you, but since you have been so open with your struggles, many of us who follow you are around to support you as well.
