Painful to read, but to answer your question; The order your team is put together in a ranked game depends on whether or not you're in solo/duo queue, or full group queued. In a full group, it goes based off the order it was put together. In solo/duo, it goes based on ELO, the highest being the team "captain" (the guy that bans/first pick). At least, that's how I was lead to believe it works.

look closer, if u see he has really high mouse sensitivityand threw it over and quickly switched back, the fps isnt that high to see it clearly but if u look, he ereally does throw it in that direction

Well why so many mid Players are focused on 1 or 2 so Strong Champs like every professional mid player has a champ he's so good with, a champ he's feeling. Froggen has his Anivia or even lux, u have nidalee, misaya has TF but there's nothin like that in the bottom lane for example
