Keep in mind her father had a harem as the chief of her tribe. She's already accustomed to that concept due to her upbringing. *This was stated in volume 3 if I recall* The elves are a different story. Beta wants romance, which a harem is the antiphasis of. Epsilon is extremally prideful and competitive, so being a second or third wife doesn't sound like something she'd become in a heartbeat no matter how much she loves Shadow. Alpha has an immature side, which is more like a pure maidenly side so it also seems like something she wouldn't necessarily be enthusiastic about. Gamma seems to just want to get her feelings across. She doesn't have any confidence she can actually win his love. Implying it to be singular. I'm fairly certain the elves of the group either don't truly comprehend the idea of him taking on more than one lover, or simply don't want to. Their reactions to the concept of a loving relationship are more rooted in monogamy. *Who knows about Zeta and Eta. Volume 5 isn't out in English yet, but Zeta from the anime shorts is pretty anti-Delta. So I have a feeling she's naturally going to be against a harem because Delta is for it. Rather than Cid... Sleep is probably Theta's one true love* I think you're right they wouldn't agree in a heartbeat. But I think they would acquiesce if he ordered them to go with it. They might not like it. But he did save their lives and they did vow to dedicate those lives to him. So they would reluctantly become mistresses. If they ever find out he's been lying to them... Well, that might change things a bit.
