You do not understand Tzuyu's relationship with Nayeon. She absolutely adores and loves Nayeon. She has even said she wishes to be more like her unnie, her big sister . Nayeon is the biggest prankster and cutup of Twice. She helped Tzuyu some years ago to smile and laugh when Tzuyu desperately needed it. If not for Nayeon and her other sisters, Tzuyu probably would have left Twice. Now Nayeon can get Tzuyu to smile and laugh just by doing anything or nothing at all. Taken out of context, anything could look bad. But these 9 members are a true family. They are sisters who love and support each other. Onces know this and that's why they so fiercely support Twice.
