Sahi bola bhai. Colleges kuch latest trend ke tech pe kuch sikhata nahi hai. Vahi baba adam ke zamane ka syllabus hai. Koi sikhna chahta hai to vahi assigments, termwork ka randap. To be honest three things increase the unemployment in India :- 1- Overpopulation is the major issue in the India which leads to huge competition and thus everyone can't able to beat the seat for best colleges. 2- Lack of New updated curriculums is also a major problem for the high number of unemployment. The way of teaching is not good at all. 3- Not follow the interest leads to unemployment. Engineers becomes because of peer, society and parental pressure. It hampers the freedom of choice in the career selection of a student. Hence it creates the problem of studying those things which you don't like.

Govt launched new policy LPG (liberalisation, privatisation, globalisation) --Foreign companies started coming to India without work force. ---They started hiring Indian engineers Demands of engineers increased insurmountably. ----Even 12th pass were getting engineering jobs ----The number of colleges started increasing. ---In 1990 ,the number of engineering colleges were around 337 ---In 2000 it became around 700 ---At present we have more than 6000 engineering colleges ---Quantity increased quality decreased. --Faculties were Not qualified. --Labs were of sub-par quality --Students from these private college are not job ready. --Companies are not visiting these colleges. --Placement are very less ---If a company pay you X amount then it will take 10X amount from you . ---80 % of Indian engineers are unfit for any job ..was told in a survey of 2019 --- >How system can be improved.. ---AICTE should give license to colleges which maintain certain standards Like good faculties, standard labs, internship and research paper must be made compulsory for student. --- Syllabus should be updated..new tech should be taught. ---> But all these things will take time. So for now we have to take al these things in our own hand and find out what company requires and how we can be job ready.

Quality Faculties are hard to find in Colleges. Most of the faculties are those who are just theoretically sound and practically unsound. They are mostly the ones who didn't get any chance in any Engineering corporations and then at last started teaching at Universities after pursuing Masters. They themselves don't know how to build good projects then how we can expect them to teach us.

It is not bcz of outdated syllabus or anything..the supply of engineers exceeded the demand and the companies are paying very less salaries to freshers irrespective of the skills that freshers have..aicte should cancel all the colleges which are not upto mark. This will cut down the number of engineers and if the demand is more and supply is less then easily engineers will get best jobs with best salary

The reason is colleges like mine. Where you get an engineering degree for doing fuckall. We get a "question Bank" before exams and all questions in the paper are directly from that question Bank. No one studies. The college doesn't care, all they want is money. There are more than 16 CSE sections. There are more than 10 CSE branches, ISE,IST,CST, CSD random alphabets made into courses. All courses have the exact same subjects. These is not a college, this is a business model. A very successful one.

I'm an instrumentation engineering student and I can say that the main problem is the quote from the seniors or relatives "Engineering is very easy ,you don't have to study for this just study on the last day before the exam". Our college professors are very helpful but the main thing is we don't want to know the subject ,we just want to pass the sem exam and get a job🥲.... it's harse but it's the truth...another point is our colleges jat want to show their placement list ....there is a few companies come in the campus to take the non cs or it students

Bro I am literally failing my CS degree subjects bcoz in the end u have to write code and theory only in the exam paper and in the end the person who can retain info easily are able to score . So basically everyone is rushing before marks and only study 1 week before and cram everything and after the exam complete they completely forget every concept and they don’t apply anything just for sake of marks and to show their parents their cgpa even my parents also force me to get good cgpa only but not to learn skills . Right, syllabus needs to be updated. Don't run away from computers and programming. Advice for future generations, either take Electrical Engineering (or instrumentation for core) or take Computer Science Engineering (or Information Technology for non core software domain). Many people (from tier 3 or worse colleges) complain that no jobs in mechanical, civil, electronics. So only go for mentioned branches (and of course you can get high paying IT job if you're from any core branch with great IT skills. This is just for those who still haven't taken admission yet).

I think it totally depends on individuals rathar than degrees. I have seen guy with mtech degree working in customer service department. Whereas there was a guy who got a part time job in 3rd bca in a startup and after graduating he got multiple offers from MNCs. Today he is working in Switzerland.

Thanks for the video. Although I agree that there may be some degree of unemployment (as it does in any economy in any country in the world), but in my view, reports/studies/numbers are all exaggerated to a significant extent. I referred to the 2020 study that was referenced in the video - although the study mentions statistics such as only around 3% engineers graduating each year get high quality jobs, it does not describe the methodology and the sample size of the study conducted. In the absence of that, it is hard to believe in these numbers. Thanks to the leadership of our honourable prime minister and due to significant initiatives of the government (schemes such as 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' to name just one out of dozens of forward looking and visionary schemes), I think unemployment is a thing of the past and a significant size of the graduate population (engineers included) have a very good earning. In fact, a few months ago, MP Tejasvi Surya is on record saying that unemployment claims are completely baseless and there are enough opportunities for the talented and hardworking.

IT sector mai hi paisa hai baaki automobile manufacturing mai contract base pe work hota hai 15-20k job milta hai maine jaha se engineering ki usme fabrication & technology wala sir ka medial store hai knowledge is waste yaha industries ko paisa nahi dena sabko saste mai kam karwana hai 2 Saal ke experience bhi fresher maante hai mechanical mai kaash maine collage ke paisa ek choti moti dukan ki hoti hoti aaj berojgar nahi raheta education is scam if u from lower meddle class family don't go collage Comanpy ko sasta banda chahiye agar 1000rs ka kam tum ko 300rs deke karwagi if u are auto mobile engineering work with Mistry who can fix car if u are electrical engineering work with Electrician aur in electrical shop if u are MBA work with marketing sales person dealer aur distributors if u are civil engineer work with broker

Bro honestly I would like to say,if Any one doing b.tch and bca mca or other courses, related to engineering,if he doing good in his academic and mentain good % then he will easily take job ,no matter college is private or government, why more people is unemployed in our country bcz reason is he not doing good in our academic time and after graduation he changed path some going and preparation for government and some for upsc, and after 5 years prepration if he is not selected then he always blamed of college, college is good, thanks but this is reality i telling you according to my experience

Why every KZbinrs only talk about computer softwares and technology. Engineering is not just computer engineering, mechanical, civil and electrical are also engineering. And most of them don't need fast paced syllabus update

Computer science nay sab Chaupat kar diya hai .College main CS ko preference milta tha har cheez main aur college waly khud hi boltay thay baki branches to bekar hain internal se lekar external tak main kam number diye jatay thay .placement kay naam par cs kay liye dus company to other branches kay liye 1 company
