yeah, poor thing! The baby crying was actually something that happened while I was filming, and she went to go care for him on her own too, it was a sad/sweet moment

Dirk being indifferent towards his kid and Lilith thinking "what a good dad" sadly tracks what with how her relationship with her parents went. He's at least not ignoring/being mean to his son...

Yeah, I have been a bit dissapointed in Dirk not really interracting with Damien much autonomously!! I guess it's a process, they haven't know each other that long, but still :(

Dirk's cagey behavior around Damien makes a lot of sense, he's an only child with seemingly no extended family around. I'm awkward around children in the same way.

Oh yey she went for Kvornan ❤ love it! I love how you cleverly had her inviting him in without realizing she had to - following vampire lore. I'm sorry that you lost some audio, I know how frustrating that is. But I must say I loved the montage. I found it such a smart way to portray time moving along without much happening - it combined super well with the parts where you spoke too. I think you're onto something here ⭐️ Loved the ep as always ❤ thank you for all of the time and effort you put into this wonderful series.

Yeay, another episode! There is so many familiar sims coming to Downtown, so chances are high that Lillith will bump in to more people from her childhood soon. Maybe that is what will drive her away in the end, either an unpleasant meeting with a family member, or just the fear of one. Or maybe the Tricou family is not so welcoming and open for affairs after all? Exited for the next one already!

yeah, its a shame! I am not against them getting back together eventually, but it happening now would derail the story/challenge too much I think 😅 (plus feels only fair for Dirk to get some experiences of his own). I'm glad you liked that line, I thought it was fun!

Poor Dami his dad has no idea what to do with him. I can’t wait for Pandora to meet her dad cuz I have a feeling that Tank will be a great dad. I hope Lilith warms up to baby Iago as she is his only parent and a good mommy. I can’t wait for baby vamp!! Lilith sure is going to be in for a surprise lol

yeah, I have my fingers crossed for Tank! it would be very cute if he and Pandora got along. I am sure she and Iago will be ok in the end, it is just a difficult time with her still grieving

@@ashmarkorris I am going to continue it yes!! I consider this Lilith series a short term one with a fixed end point, whereas Spruceburg is a long-term series that will have hopefully many seasons. I plan on returning to it either when this uberhood series finishes, or when we get to the halfway point (so, after I finish Downtown.) tbh though, I do find juggling multiple series tricky! Especially as this series has been a lot more popular than Spruceburg was 😅 I am happy people have been asking about spruceburg as I do miss playing it :')

Poor Lilith! Still struggling with relationships and having trouble with baby Iago too. And the nanny is not really helping either. Interesting choice in making the Tricous not publically vampires, and making them hide the fact. I like that, very different when I play supernaturals myself but I like it here alot! I do wonder what Lilith might think when (if?) she discovers the truth.

Thank you! Them being vampires being a secret was a bit of a last-minute choice, I typically play supernaturals as something known and accepted in the sim world too! But since I've been treating this series as sort of "grounded", it felt weird just writing about vampires as if they were a totally everyday occurance, hahaha!

Enjoyed this episode. I'm looking forward to Tank coming back into it as well because he's one of my favorite premades. I wonder if Dirk would have told his father about Lilith. I think he's the type to not keep things from his dad, and if Darren is still close to Cassandra, I'd imagine everyone in Pleasantview would know where she is by now. Maybe they're trying to give her some space, which is why Jennifer pretended not to see her, but I think they might be relieved to know she's ok. I'd really love to see you film some let's plays with your new Strangetown remake. I can't play it in my game, sadly, since I don't have all the EPs, and I'd love to see it in action! It looks so fun.

(playing my own creations is always weird bc I have my own headcanons but want to leave stuff up to players to decide!)

Most likely it will be either Desiderata Valley or Riverblossom Hills I think (as I want to save Bluewater for when Lilith has enough money to attempt a family business, and don't do Belladonna Cove as itd be 2 big cities in a row). I might do a poll to decide, unless I think of a really good story hook for one over the other :)

I have an old downloaded version and EA don't sell it anymore, but there are lots of good downloads availible!! I don't know if youtube will let me link them but the "sims 2 help" subreddit has really good instructions, or search "osab sims 2 installer"
