Another fine composer and score! These recent film music extractions are way, way more exciting than endless scores from the same TV series. This is terrific!

Glad you liked it GB. Although I appreciate that TV series music does not seem to be your cup of tea, I do have a large audience who enjoys them very much. I think that the 9661 people who put a "like" on my TV series music videos would disagree with the term "endless scores from the same TV series". :-)

No, no - I love TV music and especially liked your 'Columbo' and 'Star Trek' vids but they get a bit tedious when there are so many at the same time. There's much more variety in the film scores! Keep on posting!

@@garethbramley1 I know what you mean. I don't mind putting on a playlist of TV series music for background while I'm working around the house, but not just to sit and listen to. That's reserved for individual movie film scores.

Interesting that Malcolm Arnold reused the 'folksy' melody that features in the theme to 'The Reckoning' for the 1st movement of his 8th symphony, albeit with a much different orchestration. I don't know of any other instance of Malcolm Arnold doing such a thing.
