Then who pays the workers? Socialism just trades one boss for another. Now you become the workers of a large government bureaucracy that sees you as just a number. You are a comrade because no one cares to learn your name. You are a cog in a machine and you can no longer protest or advocate for yourself. You are now meaningless. Stand in line and hope you get there before provisions run out. Pull your head out of the the fog of the fantasy and look at the history of socialism and communism and the price that people have paid. Socialism has failed everywhere it has gone. Without competition, with everyone expecting equal outcome no matter what measure of effort they put out, people will work at their minimum. Societies will fail. Look at Venezuela. Are you really willing to give up freedom for free things?

+pendulumx , you obviously don't get the lyrics of 'The Red Flag'. And didn't everyone predict Corbyn wouldn't get this far? But there he is.
@richielomas95649 жыл бұрын
+pendulumx On the contrary, Corbyn's exactly what the party needed. Whatever he costs Labour in the center, he'll more than make up by re-energizing the left which hasn't even bothered to vote because Labour just became the party of Austerity-Lite. That's why Labour lost voters to the SNP. It's even why they lost voters to UKIP, who simply wanted to join ANY party that was willing to stand up to the entrenched elite. Rather than driving people from Labour, Corbyn's campaign saw new members flocking to the party in droves. Labour will win because unlike New Labour, it's finally returned to representing the people rather than hugging the coat tails of the Conservatives.

I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but I’m looking for a documentary or an article (really anything) on the conception of the cpusa and the roll folk and country music had. I saw a documentary about 2 years ago on blues music and jazz; i remember it having a segment about how the cpusa was a primary factor for country music being so popular. It’s of my own opinion since seeing this video that cpusa used folk/country music to lure in burgious and thus plays a role in establishing rock and roll/ honky tonk. Obviously all these music genres take from the Blues and its scale. My point is Jazz music while it was big, it had subconsciously always been over shadowed by decadence. We live in a time of great immaturity and I think the music everyone listens and goes out of their way to find has had great affect on that.

Fascism is pure depravity, as shown in the Horst-Wessel-Lied, a rhetorical and musical obscenity. The best fascist tune is Dixie, which says much (the KKK took it over)... but even that is good for a spoof. Oh, way down south in the Land of Traitors, rattlesnakes and alligators... Fascism, reactionary as it is, has never been friendly to creativity because it stands for a vile monstrosity, the degradation of workers into mere machines of meat either in the regimentation of the sweat-shop or the literal armies of subjection and enslavement.
