Garth Harble (Derek McGrath) by far the best animal control officer of all time. Wish they could have kept him for more than one season. Always think of "ANDY-ANDY", I am gonna pretend you didn't say that Red.

After Red cancels the submarine project, the men has to contend with 15 truckloads of cement, Bill builds a cement table, on Handyman Corner, Red Builds a hovercraft out of an ordinary and crappy boat, while Garth Harble deals with a skunk, Dougie Franklin tries to guess the word Vacuum Cleaner and Harold makes a blanket on Harold's Handy Crafts.
