Hi Krizzazz, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave these kind words and this comment, and the feedback, I really appreciate it :) Yes it is :) i did this one as the last week or so the weather has been rubbish dull, overcast and rain and the light where i have my setup and paint has been really bad :( So had to do a quick one while i had half hour off okay light :) I'm in the process of making a new setup in a different area so i can get more light so hopefully it'll be better to paint in and i can paint for longer :)

I love watching you paint. You inspired me to try and paint as well. My spray cans are horrible, they keep gumming up and just being jerks. But I try anyway. As I get better, I think I need to spend more that 4.50 US on a can of paint now. I posted some of them up here on KZbin as well, if you're bored, take a look and offer critiques

Love your work, but why don't you put some tape on the lid, very easy to pickup then 😅😅😅 Learned a lot from you, so maybe my tip means some something to you 😂😅😅😅😅 Thanks so very much man

Hi Nicolas, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave these kind words, the comment, feedback, and the suggestion I really appreciate it :) Great suggestion there, I have tired tape on them ages ago but the tape would pull itself of the lid after a while, I also glued an old cap on a couple of the lids, which worked well, but there is a slight chance that if you have tape or something on the lid, to help lift the lid off it could come loose and then the lid would fall back on the painting and mark it, It happened to me when I tried the tape, So I just lift them off with my fingers, I'm just used to doing it that way now :) :)

I wanna try something like this on a large scale. On a wallpapered bedroom wall, do you think it will work ?

Hi Ged i, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the question I really appreciate it :) Yes you can do this on a large scale, (the biggest I've done so far was the side of my van 8ft+ by 4ft+ ) and yes it would work on a bedroom wall, Maybe paint the wall first with a white base coat so the paint doesn't soak into the wallpaper :)

Is the montana spray paint kit on amazon good enough? I saved enough money for it I need to know if its good because I cant find the rustoleom x2 gloss spray paint anywhere for sale in canada. the double a spray paint as weoll on amazon are they the right kind of sppray paint for this to work?
@JonBarberArt
@JonBarberArt 2 жыл бұрын
Hi JC, Sorry for the late response, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the question I really appreciate it :) Yes i use Montana spray paint because i like it, but other people use different brands because they like using them, it may be better for you to buy like 4 cans of montana paint like a black, white and 2 colours to give it a go first and if you like using it then buy more, (that is what i did when i started using montana) then if you don't like it you can always go and try another brand, to be honest it's all down to what you like using to what paint you use, i hope this makes sense :)

Hi Madison, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this comment, and the question I really appreciate it :) For spray paint it's which ever one suits you best to be honest, as different people use different brands because they like that said brand :) When i first started to paint i used some old spray paint that was years old that i had stored away and it work well to give spray paint art a try, After doing around 20 painting with that paint i went and got 4 cans of montana to give it a try and i like it, so i brought more and more of that brand and that is the brand i use now :) But if i didn't like it when i brought the 4 cans of it i would of tired a different brand. As for what i use to paint on this one here was done on Glossy card, you can also use Canvas, Poster board if you live in the USA, these are just a few of the things to paint on and are the ones most people use. When i started out i used some recycled canvas that already had prints on them and i also used some glossy photo paper to paint on as i already had them, these both work well for giving it a go at first and didn't cost anything, I use mostly glossy card and canvas now to paint on which both work really good to paint on , I hope this makes sense and helps you :)

@@JonBarberArt It cost $10+ tax per spray paint can… I’ll need black white blue yellow red I guess so that will be $50+ then the gloves & garbage bags to spread out to not get anything dirty then a face mask then the paper do paint on and everything else… I only have $50 I do t have an income anymore, I could take out $300 from my investment from bitcoin that’s all I have to my name but I believe I can do this art and make money with it I never painted before but I believe Gods calling me to do this idk if I should take out my money I wish I knew exactly how much everything will cost
