Yes, this was in fact, Paul Terry’s last Mighty Mouse theatrical cartoon. The Hero of Mice everywhere takes a 4-year vacation before his big cartoon comeback and his 1st rescue mission after this one in 3 more cartoons produced by Bill Weiss and they are: “Outer Space Visitor”, 🛸 📦 “The Mysterious Package”, & 🐱 🚨 “Cat Alarm” Before he made his television debut In Filmation’s “The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse, Heckle & Jeckle & Quackula” in the 1970’s.

The sheep are safe under my hands. And that wolf is a louse. I always stop him in his tracks. "Oh,yeah? It's Mighty Mouse!"

Wolves rarely preying on foxes are the reason Why I love such type of character

Incidentally, this was the last "classic" Mighty Mouse cartoon produced--- until his return in "Outer Space Visitor" (1959).

Sadly, most of them are TV-edited versions.

I saw the original theatrical version on WPIX-TV (in New York) in the mid-1970's.

It's rare that you see Mighty Mouse messing with his opponent's mind instead of just beating him up.

It’s funny how it took one punch to knock that second wolf out!!

Story by Tom Morrison; music by Philip A. Scheib. All voices provided by Bradley Bolke {Dayton Allen's brother}.

As a kid I always thought they hired some rookie off the street with zero experience for the bigger wolf because of his really stilted dialogue delivery.

In the 1960's, Bolke provided voices for 'TENNESSEE TUXEDO AND HIS TALES" (primarily as "Chumley the Walrus"), "THE NEW CASPER CARTOON SHOW" (in the "Casper" episodes, most often as "The Ghostly Trio") and various Paramount theatrical cartoons {including "Honey Halfwitch"}. He was also one of the cast of both editions of "The First Family" LP.

5:10 - Does turning the whole cartoon sideways count as a forth wall break or is that just being meta?

This reminds me of the sequel of "Wolf Wolf". With a Documentary of What Happens If The Wolf finds the sheep pen, maybe he haven't search for some sheep for almost 10 Years during " Wolf Wolf". It looks like a Documentary just like "The Cat's Tale" from 1951 because he was telling a story about what happened before Mighty Mouse came and Destroys Some Type of Object that a Wolf or any other animal hasn't even know.
