TBATE is probably the only isekai that rivals rezero and mushoku tensei in terms of story telling and writing Slime maybe bigger than them,but in terms of storytelling rezero,TBATE and mushoku are the top 3 isekai

While it isn't true that there are only 2 isekai good enough to be in the top three, MT and Re:zero are there without any doubt. MT is a pretty standard but very well written isekai, and one of the first. Re:zero is just so well written. As a third member for the top three, I would say Tensura. It's the most sold isekai novel. While it may not be the best written and the fights are kinda dull, something like rock paper shissors, its still a very good isekai. Tbate lacks the legacy and influence for being part of the top three right now

Not wanting to get into the "big two, and where is Rimuru?" debate (although, where is he? LMAO), I'm just chuffed to know more and more manhwas get adapted into anime. Means ORV will get an adaptation?? When?? Who?? lol. There are so many good stories I would like animated, in lots of genres, be it regression, reincarnation or isekai; not to forget rofan (romance/fantasy). The thing that frightens me the most would be the fact that lots of awesome manhwas are hundreds or chapters long, and if they are not done well, or the public don't like how they are done, they will be dropped after one season.... I know I'm probably not speaking to the right public, but like, stopping "why raeliana ended up at the duke's mansion" after season 1 would be an actual crime for me (s2 hasn't been announced yet). All we see it as is a shallow romance show, where it has actually quite an intricate plot... but yeah, you'd have to adapt more than the first few chapters to know that. Imagine ORV (omniscient reader's viewpoint) after just one season? Incomprehensible X'D

At the color grading comparison between the current manhwa and the anime. The original artist and development company left the project because they couldn't come to an agreement on compensation (afaik) so then there was a new artist but he bombed and was replaced. And the current artist the quality has oscillated between being decent and pretty meh. I think someone in the comments have mentioned it is a team but I haven't found anything to corroborate that.

Biggest problem with anime is most animes only have 1 season and they never expand on the good parts but rather the underwhelming parts and anime creators are short sighted constantly pumping out 1 season animes then ditching it which causes either overflow of info crammed into 13 episodes and of the 13, 4 of them seems like filler. They really need to expand on ideas and focus on mangas that can support more than 1 season so the cliff hangers dont leave it so open ended

The source material is amazing like you say. I was waiting for an adaptation for a long time. When I first heard the news about us actually getting one, some troll wrote that Madhouse is doing it and I almost had a heart attack. And then almost has another one when I saw who is actually going to make it. Imagine your hopes and dreams getting real and then boom, back to dirt you go. For Solo Leveling we had genuin reason to hope and we were not disappointed at all! But for this one? I see no reason for hope whatsoever. I only see a masterpiece source material that is going to get an adaptation of a most generic of all the generic iseka trash that we get. Trailer just cemented it. It looks horrible.

i have read this manhwa.. dont take me wrong when i say this but i dont think it was that great as u make it out to be i mean it was good read but to compare it to the likes of mushoku tensei is a crime.. A lot of the plot points in this manhwa felt very cringy and repeated from other popular isekai and this manhwa faces problem as dragon ball series in power leveling the author didnt estabish a solid world in the beginning and had to introduce things in between out of nowhere to add a challenge and make story interesting just like how dragon ball keeps introducing threats.. i mean in a world where magic is so advanced people can and will explore all the continents that is present.. i mean in real world humans did that without any magic or before steam engine.. Mushoku tensei had that within few episodes they will explain all the continents that there are and the dominant races in those continents and the early war that have shaped the world. Friern world building was good but i believe that mushoku tensei world building is better than Friern.. And i dont think this stands although with those in world building..

for the third big isekai anime the that time i reincarnated as a slime and rising of shield hero were soild contenders with their first season but they lost their edge in the competition with their subsequent seasons.. Eminence in shadow has very solid two seasons if it can recreate the same peformance with its third season then i believe it will be the 3rd big isekai anime.. i know there is not much world building in that show but even mushoku tensei anime omits a lot of its world building from its novel so it safe to say the only thing that matters is how good the anime is to watch and it ticks that category..
