As a kid, every summer we would go to SeaWorld of Ohio back in the 90s. This brought back so many memories.

I love the drone coverage of the property and it was sad to see it go in 2001 after 9/11.

At the one minute mark, those buildings on the lakeside used to make up the Hawaiian and Japanese village. The roof that’s rectangular with an open rectangle “courtyard” down the center - that’s where the ama divers‘ pool was. The pool area was open to the sky. If interested, I can map it out. I spent 6 summers straight working in that back corner of the park. :)

Actually, they really don't. They have helped and saved over 30,000 animals, they don't abuse their animals as they are taken really well care of, and they only put animals down if it is really necessary. Peta, the ones who came up with that hashtag have killed over 35,000 animals, have been known to have bad protests, and have done some other horrible things.

@@4083bsat then explain the deaths of SeaWorld trainers Alexis Martinez, Dawn Brancheau, and Keltie Byrnes aas well as numerous whale on whale attacks as well as whale suicides or attempted suicide eh? These incidents were a result of whales going cookoo as well as food deprivation. maybe explain why Ken Peters got his ass kicked by Kasatka as well as that chick who got her ass kicked by Orkid and then go on to say that those were not the result of abuse and cruelty. Also explain why these animals were kidnapped and stolen from their families and ending up in these parks. Half of Tilly's family was killed during the process of him getting captured and sent to these barbaric parks.

Tilikum was not caught by SeaWorld, he was originally sent to Sealand which is not related to SeaWorld. During his time there he was bullied by the two female orcas and kept in an incredibly small enclosure. This is what caused the problems he had later on such as the death of Keltie Byrnes and Dawn Brancheau (note that Keltie Byrnes' death was at Sealand which is not affiliated with SeaWorld). Once he got to SeaWorld he was treated well and given more space. Alexis Martinez was killed at Loro Parque. While SeaWorld did give Loro Parque the orca, it still took place outside of a SeaWorld park. The orcas are NOT deprived of food, that is a straight up lie. Ken Peters later claimed he heard Kastaka's calf vocalizing in another pool, he still works at SeaWorld. Tamarie Tollison broke one of SeaWorld's safety protocols and the whole incident could have been avoided if she followed it. Most of the orcas that are at SeaWorld were born there, they cannot be released. And finally, most of the orcas caught from the wild were not caught for SeaWorld, they were caught for other parks and then sent to SeaWorld.
