Beautiful host and most interesting podcast. One of my first centre fires in the U.K. was an imported Remington 700 BDL in the brand new 17 Remington back in 1971 followed by a 22-250 in a varmint grade and still today a Shilen DGA in 6mm Remington Ackley Improved custom built for me by Doug Shilen my first .25 MOA rifle causing me to buy and import several other Shilen built rifles in a variety of calibers over the years. I still have 6mm Remington unprimed brass and factory 100g CorLoct ammo. I also had a Griffin and Howe custom built in 6mm Remington which I sadly sold on. Definitely fan of the Big Green back in the day here in Scotland particularly the model 700 action.

Great stuff! Long time Remington owner here. Would love to see the Buckhammer Slug line come back. They shot awesome in my 1100 deer gun, with fully rifled barrel and Leupold scope!

When is Remington going to manufacture firearms again? I'm a huge Remington fan owning multiple Remington shotguns in my life. Would really like to see the V3 TAC-13 or some variant made again. Thanks

Good podcast. Good info on shotshells - You should take credit for "sustainibility" which is an over used - greenwash marketing term but also interesting that shells can be re-used vs leaving them unsightly on the ground. Environmental pseudo science nonsense is the backdoor anti-gun legislation angle that will be leveraged.
