It's almost like people shouldn't be leaving huge piles of trash outside for pests to nest in
@brians17935 ай бұрын
We really shouldn't be making so much garbage and putting it in landfills either TBH. Like people judge hoarders, but that's what would happen if most people didn't just throw shit out and not think about it at all, but most people don't stop to think about that or some of the toxic things people use to clean they really shouldn't be. I'm not perfect either, just saying. To be fair though, it's mostly corrupted people with power that's to blame, not as much the general population as they want us to believe. Like the fact that we still use so much plastic is because it comes from petroleum, so it's in their best interest to keep using petro plastics instead of biodegradable options and recycling is mostly a scam. I'd argue it's actually selfish of people to make their garbage another's problem instead of just keep most of it like hoarders do lol, better in their yard than in our oceans.

@KitaKat005 ай бұрын
@@1mataleo1 no, I waited until like midnight to do it. They are asleep and won't swarm if you get the entrance and exit holes within a min of each other. You switch it back and forth between the gas and dust for a few secs each

There was a yellow jackets nest in a brush pile at my girlfriend's last summer. I found the entrance and hit it with a bunch of delta dust. A day or two later, we dug through the pile, but never found the nest. I think the nest may have been in the ground below the brush pile. Regardless, they were toast after the treatment.

Need to try using CRC BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner on one of your next removals. I've found that normal wasp killer does not work all that well. Usually end up spraying 2 or 3 cans on 1 nest before it starts to have any real affect on them. While you only need 1 can of CRC BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner on that same nest to kill them all nearly instantly. Works best on above ground nests but can work on under ground nests too. Just be sure you have something over your face cause the smell of that CRC BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner is extreamely strong.

New subscriber here and loving your videos! I stumbled across a ground nest last summer and it was unreal how aggressive they got without me even doing anything at this point. So I waited until the next morning early and grabbed my propane weed/brush torch with 20lb tank, fired it up, turned it almost all the way up, and roasted myself some nasty vicious wasps. The following weekend found a nest at least 20' up in a tree so I grabbed my paintball gun and from about 50' away started to destroy the nest including the rock-solid anchor they had on the tree. I know going to get a lot of heat for destroying/killing the creatures, but oh well, better them than me!

Man I got stung so bad like this once. I was helping clean an old house. I picked up a old full trash bag, it ripped and a huge pile of yellow jackets just boiled out, everyone got stung and was running around screaming. I got stung on the arms, the guy beside me got stung on the lip. Yellow jackets love to nest in piles of garbage.
@wendyvic40466 ай бұрын
Wow, imagine if some poor, hapless soul had just started ripping into that pile! I had to chuckle as you would put on a bit of Drione, pull away at the pile, little more Drione, pull at the pile some more, lots more Drione, lots of spray, pull some more at the pile... 😂. Another great video, thanks.
