there's a lot to like, but it seems like this unit doesn't really make much sense from a layout perspective. If you were going to combine a couple of units why not start from a blank slate? Who is the target client for something like this? 6 bedrooms...although I suppose you could use some of them for office space or a studio of some sort. But with 6500+ sq feet I think you'd want to configure some sort of grand entertaining space for giant parties. Have a separate catering kitchen maybe. I guess you'd have some kind of servants' quarters. But I'm not an oligarch so what do I know. 🙂

Thanks Jeroen! Always good seeing you. I’ve been waiting for this one. What exquisite materials used. The attention to detail is second to none. It is the MO Residences after all. I’m not so sure about the floorplan though, as it really does seem like two combined properties rather than one large one. I could not see a formal living room, for example. Nonetheless, it’s an ideal choice for a multi-generational Asian family (where the emphasis for family time is placed more on the dining table than the couch). You can appreciate why I love staying by the Chao Phraya so much; it doesn’t feel like you’re directly in the hustle and bustle of it all. Just taking the shuttle boat across the river already feels like you’re on vacation! Wishing you all the very best and much success in securing a suitable offer my friend!

Thanks for the walk-through Jerome. Obvs. I can't afford it, but it's not my cup of tea either. Didn't like the beds. I'm not keen on freestanding baths either, sorry 😒. I was going to ask if anyone had the balls to go on the balcony, but you just did lol. Way too high for me. I saw a nice small condo in Hua Hin, with use of a good pool & gym - £200/month. Now you're talkin'.
