As far as Noune is concerned…..One of the govt departments built the dam….hence the lake, rubber board planted the rubber trees, fisheries dept put the fishs, tourism dept built the houses and cottages, R&B or RD built the roads etc, etc….. but the public has to pay that someone to partake in all these facilities……. and GOI chooses to turn a blind eye as long as there is support at the centre…..
