if you can get into a company, try to use your own physical. I'd recommend getting a card from a chriopractor thats on the fmcsa approved list, they seem a little less stringent. But alot of companies try to force you to get the physical from their doctor, which i used to just move on to a different company and apply. That was when my health got bad anyway. Now I don't drive anymore.

I believe they have as little as a 1 month card too depending on certain criteria

She mentioned a three month card, but did not mention a one month card. I had only heard of the three month card and the one year card and the two-year card, I’ve never heard of the six month card.

Get out of that trucking nightmare and do what I do. I make more money my overhead is extremely low and I just work during the day Monday through Friday. Also, two week notices are becoming a thing of the past. How many jobs/companies give you a two week notice before theyfire you or lay you off?

I’m not driving a truck right now, but I probably will be again soon. I tend to agree with you about two week notices, but it would be nice to do in this case in case I ever wanted to return there.
