I'm honestly expecting a story something like this if we see a part 9+, I imagine eventually Araki is going to return to the original universe at some point, and the plot line will probably be along the lines of Giorno tries to resurrect Bruno from the dead, but surprise the soul he actually was in contact with was Dios pretending to be Bruno. So now Dio is alive again but now is inhabiting Bruno's body, also he may not be a vampire anymore because I'm unsure how Araki handles vampirism I.E is Dio's soul a vampiric soul or was it only his body (technically head) that was vampiric? I know stands are soul-bound but unsure about vampirism. but now since there is no longer fate within this world it means there are actual consequences, it is no longer a guaranteed win for the Joestar bloodline, you would see a return of all the surviving JOJO'S and companions to embark on one final adventure to end Dio once and for all before he can attain a stone mask, or another requiem arrow (assume the first one was consumed in order to revive Bruno/Dio) this would be a good way to end the series I feel giving a proper end to the original bloodline and also (hopefully) tieing up any loose ends/questions left from previous parts.
