That dude prbably could have won on anything that ample power....forcing himself to perform at otherworldly levels with that sort of pressure is likely what broke him as a person. We will never know but what IF he had been on a truly good motrcycle? He would effortlessly then have killed EVERYONE without the stress and who knows might still be happily dominating today?? Which I mean could ruin the sport lol ....the SAME rider winning by half a lap each and every motogp? yeah a sport killer

He stuck with Ducati for 7 years after he didn't get his dream factory Yamaha seat, and put in the hard work to develop their bike into a race winning machine. Ducati really undervalued him in 2020 though, and I wish he decided to go with Aprilia as with their form he would probably still be racing for the championship like Aleix is now. I was really sad to see Andrea retire man, he was definitely Marc's toughest opponent and always pulled through against him on the last lap at the last corner. 5-1 to Dovi!

Been watching MGP regularly since 2013, and straightly being a Ducati fan in that season simply because my hero, Nicky, was riding that piece of junk called the GP13. But as bad as it sounds, I really love every Ducati GP bikes, they are shaped quite uniquely, especially the rear-end of the bike. It's been a tough journey since 2013, and I'm not lying, I cried so hard when Pecco crossed the line in Valencia last season and crowned world champion. Mission accomplished! They have enough riders on their plate to choose from. Also, remember there are still promising Moto2 riders in their radar like Acosta of course who could be an investment for KTM in case they let him go which is a huge pill to swallow & the Italian T. Arbolino. Personally, Fabio Quartararo is in the right team but at the moment his team needs to find a way to have a bike capable of challenging the top 2 manufactures.

Then he gets on the bike and struggles to one podium in a season. Next thing you know Ducati is hiring FTR to build them a whole new aluminium chassis based on his old Yamaha's concept. Stoner did them a favour walking away. His results were flattering a crap bike making them think his complaints were minor and it just needed tweaks. Without him their bikes were nowhere and suddenly they come up with and R&D budget and multiple new bikes in a hurry for their Italian star.

I like this one, Ducati's rise to the top. Along the riders & the brains who did it. This showed how Casey Stoner is such an unprecedented talent who can able to ride & make the bike a winner even how sucks it was. Sensational talent. Now I can see Stoner of the Ducati days in Fabio Quartararo at Yamaha. Same situation they have in common. Fabio isn't resembling Marc at Honda instead it's Casey when the Aussie was at Ducati. I hope though Quartararo wins again at Yamaha before he decided to leave which is bad for the balance of the sport.

Casey could likely adapt to a terrible bike no matter the circumstance, kind of how Marc won on the Honda 3 times in 2021 when it was a trash can on wheels. Perhaps the '11-'12 was a worse bike than the -'10 but we can't know for sure. But Casey is an insane talent and one of the best of the sport. Casey definitely seemed like he was willing to ride that bike 110% where Vale not so much.

I feel it was all due to the approach. Casey rode because may be he felt it was the only thing to do where as rossi came to change the bike completely and preziosi may be got under pressure. Both rossi and lorenzo found it very difficult to ride after riding the yamaha for so many years. Also capirossi said that the bike rossi rode during 2011 and 2012 was the worst ducati ever. In 2011, I feel every one was under pressure including rossi and they totally went in the wrong direction.

I ride a 2008 SBK Ducati, i know it's different, but what I learned, and for sure Stoner did know also: the bike moves a loot when you don't expect it in the turns, it's quite different from any other bikes, you have to keep calm and let it do its thing, if you add new input at any of this unexpected movements you will be slower and even crash, you have to be really relaxed and confident in it , just trust it , don't be that sensitive with it's reactions, it helps to know the physics behind everything that is happening to help you keep relaxed while your instincts tell you that it is going to kill you

They have the best combination of riders since 2019, it was only a matter of time to make a championship winning bike. Pramac constantly tests every race weekend for the factory teams and themselves, with Zarco and Martin both having extreme speed on their days. Martin is likely one of the fastest raw riders in GP history, but bins it a lot or isn't consistent yet. Pecco has been the best of Martin and the best of Dovi, insanely fast while having decent (enough) consistency. However, losing Jack Miller as the supporting rider is a mistake. He was truly Bagnia's best secondhand man, and could have been for seasons to come in my opinion.

Ducati Corse.... For me the Stoner years were Ducati at its absolute beauty...and he did some wondrous stuff on that bike.. But maybe he wasn't appreciated as he should have been.. With more support, Stoner could have bagged at least as a minimum 2 championships for Ducati... The Rossi years were just dismal to watch.. Ducati believed in Rossi...placed their faith in him.. There was a level of trust you could see.. They wanted him to succeed.. It was just a case of apples and oranges... His riding style just wasn't suited to the red bike and it was just impossible to change... The Lorenzo years.. This could just have been it... But I think the financial investment wore Ducati down eventually without performance from the million dollar man ... and when Lorenzo finally found his sweetspot... his groove.. It was too late to save.. To this day I still feel with just another year on the bike.. Lorenzo would definately be world champion...he had finally locked the bike to his style and everything was in sync... The Dovizioso years were the years of rebuilding and starting to trust again for both Dovi and Ducati...Understanding the problems and working together to progress.... This finally after so much strife culminated in the Pecco world championship... a cool 15 years after Casey Stoner's impeccable debut season.....Amazing Documentary!!!!!

It was Suzuki who did everything proper with very low budget compared to anyother in motogp, What they did was they did was having proper team along with listening and observing both of their riders and step by step they become a champion. Awesome mini documentary. I’m a huge fan of Ducati; it’s always been a brand I love and a brand I dreamt to ride… long before even the MotoGP era, but with the old World SBK with Fogarty, Troy, Bayliss, etc… I always loved European/Italian bikes such Ducati, Aprilia, KTM, Moto Guzzi, etc… For me, Ducati are the “Apple version of the motorcycles”. Awesome timeless design, great features and yes, probably more expensive than other choices, but they’re things we can dream of… So, obviously I always liked their effort in MotoGP. I was so happy when Valentino Rossi went to Ducati, I was hoping for a title of an Italian rider on an Italian bike (even if I’m not Italian myself), but it never came… so I couldn’t be any happier when I saw the result of Pecco in 2022. I don’t get me wrong, I like Fabio too, but I think Pecco was the one that was deserving to win the title that year. People bitch about the fact Ducati have 8 bikes on the paddock and they’re almost all in the top 10… but that’s only the results of their hard work and good management. People have short memory and tend to forget when we got years after years of continuous wins from Honda (Doohan, Rossi, Marquez), and Yamaha (Rossi, Lorenzo, Quartararo). Between those riders, that’s over 20 years of victory. So stop bitching about Ducati when they finally win the title after so many years of effort…

Stoner on the Ducati reminds me of Marc on the Honda right now. Bike is awful overall but because of his talent as a rider he can actually be competitive on it...when he's not crashing at least, because it always has to be ridden on the absolute edge. Anyways loved this video, more please!

The starting point of a manufacturer rise is when they begin to listen to their riders more. That’s what Honda and Yamaha have not managed to do due to their ego. Ducati was on the same ship but they gradually to be more of a good listeners and then the results and domination came ❤🎉🤗

Ducati is the only factory who has put a 110% effort into the sport for 10+ years now. That’s why they have the best bike now, and they fully deserve to be at the top for as long as they keep pushing like this❤

Imagine Ducati didn't kick Stoner and he ride Ducati bike versions from 2017-now shit that man would've been the GOAT (even with that disease who force him to retire early with 7 season at MotoGP 2006-2012) i think in all 7 season he could win every championship with Dovi's and Bagnaia Ducati, remember Dovi went 3 straight year being runner-up to prime Marquez and Bagnaia becomes runner-up in 2021 because he crashed at some races with clear cut that Ducati is the best bike, Stoner would've clean sweep prime Marquez with that bike, because he's as talented as Marquez or even more talented, i still think in pure talent no one is better than Casey Stoner, that's how scary he was. Stoner beat prime Rossi with that Ducati, just imagine he had this version of Ducati, bro would've been in the same debate as the MotoGP GOAT with VR46.

Even though I started watching Moto GP on 2005, as a Kawasaki fan at the time and Randy De Puniet, I really love how Ducati has turned to a winning machine the last years! Now as a Pecco fan since the last 3 years it feels so rewarding for them, but I hate the fact that Dovi didn't win anything after staying with the team for so long. But that's how racing is....

The carbon monocoque "top frame" that used the engine as a stressed member was a mistake, compounded by Ducati's stubbornness to persist with it, and their reluctance to listen to the riders who advised otherwise. Eventually, not before burning through a roster of elite Motogp pilots, Ducati finally learned to prioritise the horse before the cart.

Not really, lol. He won only 1 championship with Ducati although he rode for 4 years. So not exactly a good record. Marc is nowhere near, lol Marc has not even changed to a different manufacturer, at least Stoner won on Honda too, lol. Marc will never change and he will not win a championship again.
