Hello Sis how are you? Thank you so much it mean a lot. The flowers that I have in this table came from different stores. The peach color rose and white calla lily from Walmart. Peonies from homegoods and the rest from Hobby lobby and the circle spike flower from target

Hi dear I happy you’re feeling better You was missing a lot ❤ I experienced same symptoms a few years ago Also caffeine plays an important part of it So it will help if you can reduce the amount of caffeine intake Take of yourself ❤

I’m so glad you’re doing better. I’m by no means a doctor but I had the same issue for many years and I was diagnosed with extreme anxiety and panic attacks. It might be a good idea for you to mention that to your doctor. They can be treated with medication and it really helped me. After getting rid of negative people and stressful situations I no longer have either one. Glory to God. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery. ❤❤
