There's no norms, every baby is different but bilingual children tend to start speaking later than monolingual children because they have more than one grammar/semantic/vocabulary to fully process before they can talk. He will start talking all of a sudden and be perfectly fluent in Korean, German and Spanish just like her sister, you'll see :)
