250 essence is the pity for the s-tier to come out (before that, it's just luck), which is around 250 dollars. THAT IS if you don't care about awakening the other skins. If not, you can have Joker if you had obtained Ren Amamiya early at pull 180 if they keep the 1 soul of resistance every 6 pulls

I'm not taking in mind any event related reward they may give as an extra amount of soul of resistance or free pulls. (By the way, if you wanted to whale for every skin awakened, you need at least 360 pulls if they keep the same way to obtain soul of resistance, which Is insane considering there are two collab essences and an upcoming P5 royal essence)
