The Revelation of Forgiveness

As the weeks go by, you find yourself attending the funerals of more and more family members. It's a painful and heartbreaking experience, and you can't help but wonder how different things could have been if you had only been able to forgive one another. Perhaps you refused to forgive a family member for something they did to you, or maybe they refused to forgive you for something you said or did. Whatever the reason, the result is the same - a deep sense of regret and sadness that lingers long after they are gone. So, you must ask yourself - how long will you continue to hold on to the idol of unforgiveness? Is it worth it to live with this burden for the rest of your life, or is it time to find a way to let go and move forward?

@@princezulu6201 then u release them to God, and pray for your enemy as this is a trap. The more you allow that person to hurt you, the more you can take on a spirit of offense and with that comes judgement and all the nasties. You have done all that you can to make amends, so give it to God, don't let Satan get a hold of you through hurt or self pity. God finished the work on the cross. It is done.

this may sound weird, but if you have access to those person(s), ask them to meet up and talk to them authentically about the hurt you shared and tell them you forgive them. Not only will you feel so much freedom but it is a wonderful opportunity to witness the Gospel - Forgiveness and redemption

Good evening Pastor Ewing, this was an exceptional teaching! An eye opener and a soul saver. After listening to this I dreamed of an incident with my husband that caused me to be offended by him. The incident never happened in reality, my question is was it the enemy trying to cause me to come into covenant agreement with the untrue offense or is it possible that Holy Spirit was showing me that I have some unresolved un forgiveness in my heart towards my husband? If a person is not in Christ they are in association with the devil therefore they can be hosts for spirits that will seek to oppress the saved. It is important to note that there are spirits operating in the background. But we are blinded because evil comes with a face.
