Wokabi, Please put up a video on how best to slightly increase the clearance of Japanese cars, the challenge in Kenya isn't really off-road but the bad bumps, i.e from the 5.1 inches that come with the Subaru Impreza to the recommended 7 inches for comfortably driving on Kenyan roads read (bumps). Good job on this channel btw!

Nice review......nice car. Your account of the CVTs is true, the CVT will override the manual shifting of the paddles, and you will feel the disengagement.....overall, good for economy. Would love the 2L GT one

For me, big car means big engine...turbocharging will increase HP for sure, but that 1600 engine will go out early compared to previous generation, 2.0L and 2.5L variants.

This is a good package. I think people underate station wagons and the overall practicality they offer. Better than many crossovers IMHO. We also need to look at other options other than Toyota. Which brings me to ask, why aren't Honda vehicles more popular in Kenya? Looking at a Model like the 2015 Honda Civic and what it offers, I think it would do well here. What is the price of the 2015 model?

We have this car at home, damn it's a pretty good car. Good looks, big and spacious, both family and sport function... Small engine and maximum output performance with inbuilt turbo.... The interior is damn good. It's a nice car, amazing performance... Comfortable. Only downside of this car is ground clearance, as low as a Merc. So you better be careful on the road... But I have used this car, and it's amazing amazing

The output is quite low for a 1.6 litre turbo for the market segment it targets. Many NA 1.6 litre engines from other manufacturers (Toyota Levin GT Apex , Mitsubishi Lancer MR etc) some as old as 30 years churn out the same output or even 10bhp more, putting emissions aside. Peugeot RCZ R is the highest output Factory 1.6L turbo engine churning out 270bhp running from 2009- 2015. Now we have the GR Yaris with 272bhp from a 1.3 litre turbo 3 cylinder. The latest A45 AMG S albeit a 2 litre has an output 416bhp from the factory. The EVO FQ -440 MR 440 bhp even though production numbers were only limited to 40.

Levorg 1.6 turbo is for fuel economy and torque. You get slightly more performance than the 2.5 naturally aspirated boxer. No turbo lag and linear power band. This twin scroll turbo was never made for hp. it does make the CVT less annoying. Engine needs less rpm before you get acceptable acceleration.

You can't compare Subaru Levorg and Toyota avensis in terms of performance. Levorg has much far higher performance than avensis

From the owner's manual: "Your engine is designed to use only unleaded petrol with an octane rating of 95 or higher." Does it have to use 95 RON? Have you tested it with regular petrol?

This is where Subaru fails. Thirsty turbo engines sensitive to fuel quality while European turbo like VW run of normal unleaded no problem, more power and better economy

-not bad with the 4wd, -its long, in corners be carful -i-sight works good on preventing collusions but responds slowly in adaptive cruse control, -fuel consumption is 11.3km/l, too little if gari ni ya loan but my advise is 2 keep it on ECO.... -info-system is in Chinese both audio and text... -on thika superhighway dis car moves like nonsense (remember both hands on wheels) worse, Kama -interior is plastic, unlike mark-x/Toyota crown. everything else is ok
