Danke danke, war ne Menge Arbeit. Hat sich aber gelohnt, macht mir Riesen Spaß damit ab und zu herum zu fahren.

glue the edge at the corrugated plate, do not weld and a sealant seam on the outside. so that no moisture can get in again, this is a construction error of the factory. almost always there is a break in the paint and water seeps between the spot-welded edge.

What is the grey paint or primer you put on? Brand etc. Thanks and great work btw.

The grey paint after welding is Brantho Korrux Nitrofest and the complete coating ist Carlofon 2K Epoxy Metallgrund.

That's not so easy to say. For the sheet metal work I needed about 4 years. I'm not a pro by the way. Always on Fridays and Saturdays. Of course I couldn't use every weekend. Maybe it was 30 weekends a year and maybe 10 hours per weekend. A total of 1200 hours. Something like that.
