How many passes can you do on the face? You mentioned 30 minutes. That seems like a long time. What are the exact directions for the use of this device?

Great question Vonda. 30 minutes full facial treatment. You'll only be spending about 5 minutes on each side of the face with The Signal.

Hi Shelley! Will this device effect the fat cells in our face? I’m an esthetician and just purchased this device. I’m 38 and noticing volume loss and want to avoid more volume loss if possible but also want to build collagen. Is this a good option for prevention or more so for clients that have already lost most their fat deposits?

Hi Camille! First, thank you for purchasing. This is no where near a medical unit so unless you over use it, you should not notice volume loss. Keep us posted on your results!

You actually use the device on clean dry skin to open pores and kill bacteria.....then you can use any acne product that you prefer.

Me again...sorry I was speaking of a different piece of equipment!! I've played around with quite a few different product and haven't noticed that the RF caused the product to clog pores. I'm more of the gadget gal than a product expert so try using whatever product line you are already using.

Hi Shelley! How often do you recommend repeating this treatment on a client prior to achieving results e.g. three times a week? And then for maintenance?

Great question Michele! It's always hard to say when a person will see results. Body's respond differently. In my experience, it's at about week 4 that the results kick in. Some sooner, some later though. I like twice a week. You can make it a quick 30 minute treatment. Maintenance is once a month to keep the results. If they stop for a long period of time, it's best to do another series. Hope this helps!

It should work fine with that gel. Are you touching the client (side of head, shoulder, etc) to complete the current? We've not had any units beak down s of yet, so if the touching doesn't work we'll have you send it to whomever you purchased it from. Le me know!!

@@laurennasca-davis7747 Lauren....I have to apologize. I was thinking you were talking about the Ozone Plasma Device not the RF. The answer is still the same but I wouldn't use the RF for as long as you may use it when used by itself. Does that make sense? We don't want the skin to become overly sensitive from the RF, then move right to microneedling. If you have LED, you may want to do RF, then LED for a few minutes to let the skin settle, then move on to microneedling. Hope this helps!

Hi Melissa. You can apply any serum for the client skin type then a conductive product on top. Gel products always work great. Thanks for your question!

Yes. Whenever you are using equipment with a current you need to use a conductive product.

The gel on the sheet mask is what conducts the current.
