I saw Richard Lewis at a grocery store in Atlanta yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I think my problem with the 2nd amendment being to protect from a tyrannical government is that the weaponry that is currently available to the public would have no chance of actually protecting against the government, like you can't beat tanks and missiles with assault rifiles. My other problem is that the people who seem to obsessed with protecting against a tyrannical government don't seem to care about the stuff they could stop happening like the militarisation of the police force or the fact that they are kind of just allowed to get away with murder and planting evidence and you don't see any republicans who want to hold them accountable for that shit. And to be honest a police force with military arms and the immunity to kill and incriminate whoever they want seems like a far bigger danger to democracy than banning a gun. Like I am not particular against the 2nd and I feel like it makes sense considering the history of America and I don't like liberals who are like we don't want to take your guns and then say in their next sentence is that want to ban all guns. I just feel that the right obsess over the 2nd amendment and are interested in the things that, for me personally at least, are more important for a tyrannical government being able to come into power.

Richard, republican side of abortion is - up to 20 weeks no questions asked allowed, after that it's allowed if it threatens the health of the mother or when she was raped, no funding for abortion clinics. Democrat site - up to 9 months allowed, tax-payer paid, no questions asked. Technically speaking life begins at fertilization. I don't think that if you'd have to choose which policy you like better you'd choose the one that allows for abortion of babies that would survive outside of the womb.
