The richest man in babylon summary by book simplified. In this video, we took the key lessons from the book "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S. Clason. It is about the story of Arkad and how he became the Richest Man in Babylon. Arkad works as a scribe before he met a rich man named Algamish.
He asked Algamish to teach him how to become rich and from that day on, he started practicing the lessons he learned and become better and better until he becomes the richest man in Babylon. When he became the richest, the king asked him to teach the people the secrets of becoming rich. He started teaching men the techniques of becoming rich and the lessons he learned from his experience.
If you also want to learn how Arkad became the richest man in Babylon, I highly recommend you watch this video. Thirteen years ago, I attended a programme on financial intelligence and the woman asked us to buy this book. I bought it and it turned my life around. It gave me financial miracles and discipline. That same year, I started saving 25% of my salary. It was tough at first but I was filled with joy each time my money grew. I started building my own house that year, cut off unnecessary want. Now I'm able to save 80% of my income. I have other houses now, still live moderately and I'm living financially happy ever after

This is a much better video than others I’ve seen here on YT because it discusses THE BOOK. Other videos have the creator’s own feelings mixed into the presentation and they say, “but you don’t have to do it like this…” Thank you for disseminating THE BOOK without biasing it with your own personal feelings.

The hardest part comes with lesson nr 3. First two lessons are based on me, and if I can control myself it is possible to master them. Let's say we have some money saved. Now what??? Now you have to invest it somewhere and this is where wise advice can come handy. If there is someone who is already in some business and can tell you if it goes good or bad there. I learned that in order to accomplish lesson 3 you need to learn some skill and be good at it. Does not matter what. Learn at least one area and then look for investments in that area. Otherwise, you are raising a risk on your investments. Everybody can buy stocks today without knowing if that is good or bad. I personally learned wood working and I understand the process and can look for companies which business is in raw materials. I think this is the missing part in the book. Parallel with all savings in lesson 1 and 2, you NEED to learn some skills from real world, which can help you invest smarter in lesson 3. Otherwise, there are many scammers that will take you hard saved money. Been there, done that. Now it's much better.
