Great job Tina! I can't imagine doing an E2E - it took us just over 2 years. From your last video, that section from Brownlee Road through Marlborough Forest is brutal.

Love following the adventure. I have thought about doing the trail but you can't have dogs on parts of it.

Dogs are allowed on parts of the trail. I enjoy hiking with my dog, but would not thru-hike it with a dog. I find I have enough to worry about with myself!

Living vicariously through you! I have to bail on my planned backpacking trip actually because I got Lyme and I'm wondering if I got it camping in sharbot Lake area since you're mentioning it's a tick hotspot and I noticed the rash a week later! (well, and then I got covid which was the final nail in the coffin lol). Keep on keeping on 🤙🏼
